Compliance Support
We stand behind our service. Should a regulatory inspection take place, our compliance support team will meet you and the regulators on site to help defend your compliance program. We will also support and stand beside you if you receive a 308 Order or Notice of Violation and need to appear before a Show Cause hearing. The environmental regulators are very familiar with Paradigm's storm water compliance programs and respect our track record of helping clients with meaningful and effective compliance solutions.

Audits
Paradigm consultants have audited thousands of sites and programs across the country using a variety of diagnostic tools to assess our clients' needs. We conduct complete or partial audit services that are ideal for assessing a region, division or even a specific project's risk. Audit services are also used to monitor the quality of in house operated storm water programs. An audit begins at a project site to verify that the site is in compliance with state and national standards and has a proper permit, delegation letters, signature pages, inspection reports, an adequate
Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) that is being updated, properly installed Best Management Practices (BMPs), and maintenance logs of the site. The audit process will yield a report that will be loaded into the
Paravision database, and will be shared with the client's management personnel. The audit will be performed at the site in conjunction with the client's site personnel.
